Individual training |

One on one with your own
personal performance
coach. Get a program
designed just for you,
tailored around your
needs and your sport.
After going through the
initial pre-testing
session (used to help
gauge a starting point
and formulate a plan) we
design a program that
will help YOU reach YOUR
goals.
We offer a variety of
personal training
programs for athletes of
all ages and skill
levels. Whether you are
a professional athlete,
college athlete, high
school athlete, pre-teen
athlete or a
recreational athlete, we
have the personal
trainers and the
programs that will
exceed your demands.
Impact Sports prides
itself on delivering
world class personal
training to all athletes
that have the desire to
get better. As an
individual you
have several options.
You can sign up for 1 on
1 training with your
individual performance
coach. You can also join
one of our high impact
group training programs,
or our goal oriented
classes.
You also have the
opportunity to work with
one of our
experts
on sport specific skill
training such as:

than 8 athletes in a
group that covers it
all: speed, quickness,
explosive power,
agility, acceleration,
coordination, balance,
mechanics and mental
toughness.
Group training covers
all areas of athletic
improvement including
speed, quickness,
explosive power,
agility, acceleration,
coordination, balance,
mechanics and mental
toughness. You will be
placed in a group where
all athletes are in the
same age range so you
can be sure you or your
child is receiving the
appropriate training
provided by one of our
outstanding
Performance Coaches.

Sports Medicine |
|
We offer a full physical therapy clinic with licensed physical therapists and athletic trainers. We have proven rehabilitation methods that help you get back to full speed in the least amount of time. Now accepting all major health care insurance providers.
Our facility is designed to address functional training including core stability, balance, proprioception and kinesthetic awareness drills. We believe that core stability (hips, abdominals, and back) is critical for the success of any sports medicine or rehabilitation program.
