Our Team
Having the right coach can make all the difference in the world when it comes to athletic performance. At Sports Performance Team we select and train only the best when it comes to our Team leaders. Unlike most gyms or fitness centers, our coaches are degreed and certified. Our coaches understand what it takes to make our clients reach their sports goals.

Our Programs
Our proprietary programs are designed to help athletes achieve realistic and noticeable results. We partner with world-renowned sports performance coaches and athletes to keep us up to date on all the new technologies. Our programs are scientifically designed to improve speed, power, and agility - so our clients can run faster - jump higher - and get stronger.


Sports Performance TEAM offers training programs for anyone and everyone, regardless of age, gender, skill level, or athletic or fitness goals. Our core programs are designed for youth, middle school, high school, and elite athletes, as well as adults and teams. Training in small groups ensures maximum one-on-one attention.  

Youth (Ages 8-11)

During this important time in a child's life, youth athletes are in their "skill-hungry" years. The body is primed for new information and ready to ingrain new movement patterns. The Youth program is conducted in 60 minute sessions and designed to introduce and create foundations of overall athleticism in a fun, positive, and high-success environment.  

Our Youth curriculum places a high priority on running technique, athletic coordination, balance and relative strength and the introduction of essential muscular movement patterns. These are vital in establishing a child's athletic foundation for improved performance, injury prevention, and long-term enjoyment of sports participation.  

Developmental I (Ages 12-14)

In this second stage, athletes have discovered the importance of developing neuromuscular patterns. Athletic fundamentals begin to be developed and directed towards athletic skill application in our Developmental I program. This program focuses on progressing and maintaining athletic movement while refining and ingraining fundamental skills of speed, agility, and power. This repeated rehearsal leads to permanent and positive athletic change.  

The inclusion of formal Strength and Power training during the 90 minute sessions provides benefits in two ways. First, proper movement techniques with increased force production lead to maximized potential. Secondly, as athletes naturally increase in height, weight, strength and aggressiveness, the need for improved joint integrity is vital for reducing the chance of injury. 

Developmental II (Ages 15+)

Most athletes in this age group have developed neuromuscular patterns and the fundamental skills of speed, agility, and power. For Developmental II athletes, technique is fine-tuned, and the final pieces to build the total athlete are provided. In essence, each athlete is optimized according to their biggest areas of improvement. During the 90 minute Developmental II sessions, training begins to resemble sporting demands. Developmental II programs focus on repeated application of learned athleticism to create mastery. We provide endless combinations of athletic skill training so competing in the game is effortless. In addition, focus on Strength and Power increases with moderate and heavy loads to optimize power output. 

Adult Program

Our Adult Program sessions are designed for active adults looking for a challenging training program. The Adult program is designed to actively challenge effort and coordination with 60 minute movement-based sessions. No two sessions are alike, and all are fun, fast-paced, and educational, which is unique compared to a traditional gym-based workout. The result is an increase in fitness as well as improved metabolism, body composition, and exercise technique.  

Professional / Elite Athletes

The Sports Performance TEAM  programs for professional and elite athletes are designed to provide peak physical stimulus that pushes the absolute limitations of elite athletic performance. Due to the customized and maximal intensity nature, recovery and regeneration methods are implemented. Our programs place the highest emphasis on applied and measurable performance, secondarily fine-tuning movement. Timelines to reach goals and exceed expectations are accelerated for this athletic population due to the elite competitive schedules and real-time demands.

Team Training

Our Team Training programs are designed to deliver a challenging workout that is organized, educational, progressive, and customized for entire sport teams. Training sessions are typically conducted at the team's training facility and focus primarily on linear speed and multi-directional skill development. Team Training programs are built to be sport relevant with medicine ball strengthening, bodyweight resisted power development, energy system development, and speed ratios that apply directly to specific sports demands.
